Tapping the gear icon at the top right of your screen will bring up several options to change your profile information, password, security options, default currency, language, and more. Additionally, you can tap on Support to send an email to us for help or to log out.
- Username: change your username that you use to sign into Blockfolio here! If it’s available, it’s yours.
- Email: For now, please contact support for help changing your registered email address.
- Password: Need to make a change? You can do that on this tab.
- Trading Default Currency: If you normally use pounds, but need to use Euros, you can change your trading currency on this tab.
- Token: This is your account’s unique identifier in our system. We may ask for this when you contact support if we need to troubleshoot your account.
- Account Deletion: We hope you never want to leave us, but if you need to close your account, make sure to update to the latest version of the app. Follow the steps to tap Settings > Profile > Request Account Deletion.
- Linked Banks and Accounts: Any banks you’ve attached to your Blockfolio account for fiat currency funding and withdrawals will be listed here.
- Account Limits: Your trading limits will be listed here. You can contact Customer Support for clarification on limits or how to raise your limit.
NOTE: If logged out, you will only see your unique app Account Token on this page.
- Default Language: We support 12 languages and 2 different Chinese character sets in the app.
- Night Mode: Switch between dark mode and light mode on this tab.
- Haptic Feedback: Choose whether or not to feel taps on your phone while using Blockfolio.
You can choose to allow or silence notifications here. Additionally, if you choose to receive notifications, you can tweak which ones you wish to receive.
You can set up a PIN number for your app here. We highly recommend doing this to make sure your account is secure in case you lose your mobile device or other people use your device.
Tap on Support to send an email directly to Customer Support. This is the preferred method to reach us, as it includes important account information that makes it a bit easier for us to research your issue and verify your identity, saving time and effort.
